Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Use our each products own size guide— measurements for waist, hip, and bust for every sizes. Most women fit their normal size; if you're between sizes, size up for comfort or down for stronger compression.
Will it shrink in the wash?
No. Our compression fabric is pre-shrunk and holds its shape through hundreds of washes — as long as you wash cold and air dry (avoid the dryer).
Are the leggings squat-proof?
Yes. Every legging is squat-tested with 4-way stretch fabric that's never see-through. Our internal team tests every batch by squatting in front of a mirror under bright light before approving production.

How long does shipping take?
US: 5–8 business days standard. Free over $75.
Canada: 7–12 business days. $7.99 flat rate.

Where do you ship from?
We work with vetted fulfillment partners across the US and overseas. Each order is quality-checked before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
14 days, no questions asked. If your piece doesn't fit or feel right, return it within 15 days for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@fitvelura.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds process to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely. Just email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll guide you through a free exchange.
Care & Maintenance
How should I wash my FITVELURA pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, in a mesh bag. Use gentle detergent (no fabric softener — it breaks down compression). Air dry flat or hang. Never tumble dry.
Will the colors fade?
No — as long as you follow the care instructions. Our fabric uses color-fast dyes that hold their vibrancy for years.
