At FITVELURA, we want your new gear in your hands as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $75+ / $5.99 under $75 β€” 5–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: $12.99 β€” 2–4 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $75+ CAD / $7.99 under $75 β€” 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: $14.99 β€” 3–6 business days

Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Your cart will automatically show free shipping at checkout once you've reached the threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account at fitvelura.com/account
  • Contacting us at support@fitvelura.com with your order number

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping only. Express shipping is not available for these addresses.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us at support@fitvelura.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  2. Include your order number and any photos of damage (if applicable)
  3. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund
