RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every piece of FITVELURA you own. If something doesn't work out, we make returns easy.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be:

  • Unworn (other than trying on)
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (if possible)

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email support@fitvelura.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, the reason for return, and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

Step 2: We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label (free for US & Canadian orders).

Step 3: Pack your item(s) securely and drop off at the nearest carrier location.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error)
  • Return shipping is free for standard returns within the US and Canada

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are always free — we cover return shipping and send the new size at no cost
  • If you'd like to exchange for a different product, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Exchanges are subject to availability — if your preferred size/color is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items purchased at 30% or more off (marked "Final Sale" at checkout)
  • Items without tags or that show signs of wear, washing, or use
  • Undergarments and intimate items (hygiene policy) — unless defective
  • Gift cards

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue.

Late Returns (14-30 Days)

Returns received between 14-30 days after delivery may be accepted for store credit only (at our discretion). Returns after 30 days cannot be accepted.
